2022 Extra Action Video NEWMARKET
Before the Christmas break of 2022, Newmarket students had the opportunity to break boards. The juniors and adults all performed very well. Some juniors (Xavier and Evie) managed to break a few boards with various kicks. A couple of yellow belts namely Nathan and Roman performed spinning heel kick, a technique well above their expected skill level. It was a great showcase of talents and hard work of the club. The juniors have shown great resilience when faced with a few unsuccessful attempts. All the hard work for the year has truly paid off. Keep up the good work Team Newmarket!
