AGREEMENT BETWEEN USER AND SUN BAE

The Sun Bae Web Site is comprised of various Web pages operated by Sun Bae. The Sun Bae Web Site is offered to you conditioned on your acceptance without modification of the terms, conditions, and notices contained herein. Your use of the Sun Bae Web Site constitutes your agreement to all such terms, conditions, and notices.

Sun Bae reserves the right to change the terms, conditions, and notices under which the Sun Bae Web Site is offered, including but not limited to the charges associated with the use of the Sun Bae Web Site.

The Sun Bae Web Site may contain links to other Web Sites ("Linked Sites"). The Linked Sites are not under the control of Sun Bae and Sun Bae is not responsible for the contents of any Linked Site, including without limitation any link contained in a Linked Site, or any changes or updates to a Linked Site. Sun Bae is not responsible for webcasting or any other form of transmission received from any Linked Site. Sun Bae is providing these links to you only as a convenience, and the inclusion of any link does not imply endorsement by Sun Bae of the site or any association with its operators.

NO UNLAWFUL OR PROHIBITED USE

As a condition of your use of the Sun Bae Web Site, you warrant to Sun Bae that you will not use the Sun Bae Web Site for any purpose that is unlawful or prohibited by these terms, conditions, and notices. You may not use the Sun Bae Web Site in any manner which could damage, disable, overburden, or impair the Sun Bae Web Site or interfere with any other party's use and enjoyment of the Sun Bae Web Site. The Sun Bae Web Site may contain bulletin board services, chat areas, news groups, forums, communities, personal web pages, calendars, and/or other message or communication facilities designed to enable you to communicate with the public at large or with a group (collectively, "Communication Services"), you agree to use the Communication Services only to post, send and receive messages and material that are proper and related to the particular Communication Service. By way of example, and not as a limitation, you agree that when using a Communication Service, you will not:

• Defame, abuse, harass, stalk, threaten or otherwise violate the legal rights (such as rights of privacy and publicity) of others.

Sun Bae does not claim ownership of the materials you provide to Sun Bae (including feedback and suggestions) or post, upload, input or submit to any Sun Bae Web Site or its associated services (collectively "Submissions"). However, by posting, uploading, inputting, providing or submitting your Submission you are granting Sun Bae, its affiliated companies and necessary sub-licensees permission to use your Submission in connection with the operation of their Internet businesses including, without limitation, the rights to: copy, distribute, transmit, publicly display, publicly perform, reproduce, edit, translate and reformat your Submission; and to publish your name in connection with your Submission.

No compensation will be paid with respect to the use of your Submission, as provided herein. The information, software, products, and services included in or available through the Sun Bae web site may include inaccuracies or typographical errors. Changes are periodically added to the information herein. Sun Bae and/or its suppliers may make improvements and/or changes in the Sun Bae web site at any time. GENERAL

Unless otherwise specified herein, this agreement constitutes the entire agreement between the user and Sun Bae with respect to the Sun Bae Web Site and it supersedes all prior or contemporaneous communications and proposals, whether electronic, oral or written, between the user and Sun Bae with respect to the Sun Bae Web Site. A printed version of this agreement and of any notice given in electronic form shall be admissible in judicial or administrative proceedings based upon or relating to this agreement to the same extent and subject to the same conditions as other business documents and records originally generated and maintained in printed form. It is the express wish to the parties that this agreement and all related documents be drawn up in English.

TRADEMARKS

The names of actual companies and products mentioned herein may be the trademarks of their respective owners. The example companies, organizations, products, people and events depicted herein are fictitious. No association with any real company, organization, product, person, or event is intended or should be inferred. Any rights not expressly granted herein are reserved.

PAYMENT OF FEES

All payments are made via our online payment system. No cash is accepted. By paying through our online payment system, your database details will automatically update each time, including your Annual Fee status and your Training Fee status. This is important as our online system will not allow you to grade unless your status or expiry dates are current. Similarly, you must be a current Annual Member (insurances) in order to be able to pay for training. 

ENTRANCE FEE

The Entrance Fee is a lifetime joining fee and is not refundable. All students are offered a two week free unlimited try out before the Entrance Fee is payable. No participation in the club beyond the two week free try out is permissible until the Entrance Fee has been paid. Note that the Entrance Fee also includes the first year's Annual Fee. As such the Annual Fee is not renewable until the next year's 1 March.  For further information in relation to the Entrance Fee, click here.

ANNUAL FEE

The Annual Fee is renewable on or before 1 March each year and is not refundable. For further information in relation to the Annual Fee, click here.

PERIODICAL TRAINING FEE

The Training Fee is payable either per calendar month or per calendar quarter and is due on or before the training period commences. No training is permissible until the Training Fee has been paid. Note that the Training Fee also includes Colour Belt (Gup) Gradings at no extra cost for both Taekwondo and Hapkido. Paying per calendar quarter includes a substantial discount generally equal to a free month. The Monthly Training Fee is not refundable. However, a portion of the Quarterly Training Fee may be refundable where (a) you have suffered an injury or illness which prevents you from training for longer than a month, or (b) you have a prearranged continuous holiday which is longer than a month (and you have notified the Club Instructor before you depart). Because you have already received a month for free by paying quarterly, any refund is limited to the period away less one month. You must apply to the Club Instructor and any refund is granted only at the discretion of the Club Instructor. For further information in relation to the Periodical Training Fee, click here.

ONLINE SHOP PURCHASES

Only Sun Bae members may purchase items from the online shop. A log-in and password are required. Refunds can be issued prior to the delivery of the item. Once the item has been delivered and accepted, there are generally no refunds. In the case of faulty items (due to manufacturer error), they can be exchanged. Online purchases are delivered to your Club Instructor and can be collected at your normal training centre, usually within one to four weeks of purchase (if in stock).

DELIVERY INSTRUCTIONS & TIME FRAMES

Only Sun Bae members may purchase our online products. Any products which may be listed for sale within our online shop will be delivered to your training location or Training Centre. Collection of such, or any enquiries, should be referred directly to your Club Instructor. Items which are in stock will be delivered usually within a one to four week period.
