World Taekwondo (Federation)
Sun Bae is a member of World Taekwondo (and Kukkiwon) and Taekwondo Jidokwan.
Today, the progress of Taekwondo in the world is regulated by World Taekwondo (association or federation) from Kukkiwon (World Headquarters) in South Korea which has a membership of over 200 countries and over 70 million members worldwide (counted at 2018). The South Korean government recognises World Taekwondo as its only official Taekwondo Association. All Sun Bae students and Instructors are members of World Taekwondo.
World Taekwondo Benefits:

- Rankings are recognised nationally and internationally. Authorised only from Kukkiwon.
- Train at any World Taekwondo school in the world.
- Train at other Sun Bae clubs locally for no extra cost.
- Ensures that instructors are recognised and are properly accredited both internally and externally. World Taekwondo is the only official Taekwondo body recognised by Korea, the Australian Government and the International Olympic Committee.
- World Taekwondo students may compete in Olympic regulated competitions at local, state and national levels. Only World Taekwondo students are eligible for selection in the Olympic team.
- Student (training) Handbook and Membership Booklet and Grading Certificates authorised from Kukkiwon.
