Sword Sparring - Parents & Friends (Nov 2016)

A great morning was enjoyed by all at Indooroopilly centre with over 35 participants in Sun Bae's first "open" sword sparring class. The class was open for all students, parents and friends. It is a casual class, so there is no syllabus to learn and no grading tests. Learn to move, learn to block, learn to strike and its straight on to sparring! Eventually we will offer a "Season" of sword sparring where everyone can attend culminating in a sparring tournament at the end! Now remember, you do wear a headguard, bodyguard and armguard and the sword is foam.

Master Peter Rozario, Master Bradley and Master Mark were on hand to assist everyone with their first class. In addition, the regular Kumdo students had the opportunity to spar with Master Peter, Master Bradley and Master Mark.
