Some very impressive costumes on display at the Middle Park Halloween night for the year 2023. This year they were split into four groups to challenge each other for victory.
Of course, only one team could win. It was Zordan's team who won all the challenges of the night, though the runner-ups came close. Each team displayed an impressive level of martial arts control, even in the costumes they wore.
One very impressive moment is when Zordan (Red 2) did a spin heel board break in a fully masked costume. Other students also performed their first ever board break.
All the kids dressed up as superheroes and villains to go out trick or treating, chaperoned by Master Mark. They brought back many buckets of goodies to be shared and filled their bellies.
Now, they will have a lot of energy for training!
Push Kick of War
A favourite TKD game of The Gap Juniors where two teams try to push kick our zombie Captain America out of the circle.
Ghouls and martial arts enthusiasts came together at The Gap's Junior class for a spooktacular 'Kick or Treat' event this Halloween. The event featured a thrilling 'zombie run relay,' a fast-paced 'catch the tail' game, ballon keepy-uppy and a fierce 'push-kick of war' competition. Participants showcased their martial arts skills while donning creative costumes, adding a dash of Halloween flair to their kicks and punches. 'Kick or Treat' proved to be a perfect fusion of fright and fitness, leaving everyone in high spirits, and ensuring a memorable Halloween celebration at the club.
